BBA students in a group tried their hands on making posters that reflect varied shades of organizational structure. Different companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tesla, Patanjali etc. were showcased during an event called “Culture Mirror” being organized by HR Club ‘Synergize- to-get-HR’.
It was an enigmatic idea as understanding company’s culture is a vital resource that can buoy company during it’s tough times. They used practical examples from leading companies and entrepreneurs that how their employee oriented approach has helped in increasing their productivity and overall growth of organization.
Ist position was bagged by the group of students who presented how “Google” is developing and cultivating its culture.
