Kavita is currently, working as an Associate Professor at Asian Education Group, Noida, since last 5.5 years. She teaches various Marketing papers (including Services Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, Retail Management, Consumer Behaviour, Advertising Management and Marketing Management). Dr. Kavita has earned her degree in Ph.D (General Management from Amity University, Noida.
In her role as an academician, she has been an active member of the R& D cell, instrumental in organizing multiple seminars and conferences. She is also managing the Alumni Cell at her college, aiming at forging a platform for networking of the college alumnus.
Prior to her current role as an academician, she has worked in Corporate sector for more than 12 years in areas of Corporate Sales, Account Management and Financial sales.
Kavita pursued her graduation in Mathematics (Hons.) from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University and Masters in Business Administration from FORE School of Management.
Her areas of interest are: digital marketing, consumer behaviour, retailing and services marketing.
