Review Policy

ASB-IJMT, International Journal of Management and Technology is a blind peer reviewed journal. ASB follows utmost standards of publication ethics to avoid publication malpractices. The practice of peer review is to ensure that only good research work is published. All manuscripts submitted are peer reviewed following the procedure outlined below:

All manuscripts submitted are first evaluated by the editors and plagiarism is checked through plagiarism software. Editors can reject manuscripts at this stage on the ground of originality, poor grammar or language comprehension, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Rejection of manuscripts at this stage will be informed to authors within 1-2 weeks of receipt.

At the next stage, accepted manuscripts are passed on to at least 2 experts for review. Here we follow blind review process, wherein the author and reviewer remain anonymous throughout the process.
