LITERARY CONCLAVE 2.0

Gnosis, the literary club of Asian School of Business organized the much awaited second edition of Literary Conclave 2.0 on 15th of March. The represented an amalgamation of diverse literary activities. The range of activities provided students with a wonderful platform to showcase their talent in multiple forms. The activities included Spell Bee: wherein the participants were checked for their vocabulary and ability to frame words with different alphabets; Book Review: wherein the participants, after reading a book thoroughly, presented a review of the same; Documentary Review: wherein the participants watched a documentary with some social/entrepreneurial message and presented the review of the same; Open Mic: Wherein the participants were given a broad theme, upon which they spoke for around 2-3 minutes; Literary Quiz: wherein the participants prepared themselves with basic and important knowledge of the literary world and competed in a quiz.

The conclave rides on the universally cherished fact that literature and aesthetics add important aspects to our personality. Be that inculcating the habit of reading, honing writing skills, developing comprehension skills and gaining confidence to face audience at large. To cater to these different facets, Gnosis, the literary club of ASB initiated this grand series of literary conclave, the first edition of which was conducted last year and had met with widespread response and critical acclaim. With increased enthusiasm and eagerness among the students, the second edition 2.0 promised a bigger and diverse event, with a lot of newness in store. The activities were being planned to meet certain important outcomes which include developing the critical and analytical skills among students, infusing confidence to face the audience at large and gaining the literary zeal to pursue multiple academic pursuits.
