With the aim of bringing oneself into alignment with the contemporary era of digital transformation, Asian School of Business (ASB) in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized an International Conference, ASBIC-2023 on “Leveraging Management and Technology for Transitioning Global Economy” on 24th & 25th March 2023.
The Conference served as a platform for addressing current global issues related to management and technology, with new revelations fostering economic growth. With 117 authors, 111 abstracts from 69 different colleges and universities (national and international), the conference took place in hybrid mode with more than 3 panels that were clustered in different streams and covered a very wide range of themes and disciplines. The eminent chief guests were Mr. Golok Kumar Simli (Principal Advisor and Chief Technology Officer) and Mr. Saurabh Jain (Founder of Fun2Do Labs). Ms. Shailly Purohit (Associate Director-HR, Sopra Steria), Mr. Subnesh Sharma (Sr. Director HR, VVDN Technologies), and Mr. Govind Negi (Senior Director, Head of Talent India & Europe) were involved in the panel discussion. Dr. Aditi, University of Delhi, and Dr. Rasim, IBN Turkey, chaired the technical sessions, wherein authors from different colleges and universities presented papers.
The conference indeed served as a platform to share several ways the organizations can acquire and manage talent, communicate and make contacts, foster a culture of innovation, and keep up with technological developments.
