The main reasons behind from on premise to Cloud is new technology, good prospect of growth, initial low cost, easy maintenance, more scalable and extended security provided by Cloud providers. The global market of Cloud computing is around 1 trillion and approximately 85% of organizations are moving towards Cloud-first strategy.
Cloud provides exceptional services but when they are used for commercial purposes then cost is incorporated. At the initial stage, everything looks greener and nobody is talking about the bills paid for the usage of Cloud services but it is most important factor as once the usage of any product or service is grown by 3-5 times the billing inflates exponentially and management and leadership is focused on growth, new customers and new feature but when they look into billing that’s the point, they start brainstorming into the efficient use of cloud services or migration to other cloud providers as profits are reduced even business is growing.

- Considering the long-term goals and plan accordingly while moving ahead with small goals.
- Automation of manual activities to reduce and timely review by management.
