Fresher’s Party in an educational campus is all about making the best start to the new academic life. This is certainly a time for students to start networking to create an everlasting bond with one and all. Continuing with the proud tradition of Asian School of Business, senior BBA & BCA students and juniors mingled with each other at Fresher’s Party 2019 held on 7th September 2019.
Conforming to the tradition, proceedings of the event commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony. Exuberant smiles and high spirits marked Fresher’s 2019 and manifested youth and enthusiasm at its full flow. With pulsating ambiance, foot tapping music and flashing lights, the event got going with a bang. Conscious about the latest fashion trends, students were dressed at their best.
It was a fun-filled event in which the fresh BBA & BCA batches got an opportunity not only to showcase their talent but also to interact with seniors. After initial rounds of extraordinary performances comprising of Ramp Walk as the first round for Mr./Ms. Fresher Competition, we had some mesmerizing singing and dance performances. The final round was the Question and Answer Session for the contestants vying for the Asian School of Business Ms. Fresher and Mr. Fresher’s title.
Displaying their presence of mind while replying during Question and Answer Session, Ms. Gargi bagged the title of Ms. Fresher whereas Mr. Kartik bagged the title of Mr. Fresher. The crowning of the winners was carried out by Dr. Maroof Ahmad Mir, Assistant Dean – Asian School of Business and Priyanka Shrivastav, Manager – HR (ASB). An alumnus of the Asian School of Business extolled students for their wonderful performances and congratulated the winners.
To wind it all off, DJ Sanj got the JAM session rocking with the students setting the floor on fire.
