At Asian School of Business (ASB), Noida, the Student Career Development Cell (SCDC) is transforming dreams into reality. With a mission to boost student readiness and build strong industry ties, the SCDC is a guiding light for aspiring professionals. Led by passionate faculties, the Cell is dedicated to nurturing professional growth, sharpening skills, and ensuring students are ready to excel in the corporate world.
The heart of the SCDC’s efforts lies in the Summer Internship Program (SIP), a two-month journey after the IV Semester. This isn’t just a requirement—it’s an opportunity for students to dive into real-world experiences, tackle challenges, and grow. Internships at ASB encourage students of BBA, B.COM and BCA students to think creatively, work in teams, and apply classroom lessons to showcase their managerial skills. From mastering problem-solving to honing communication, these experiences shape students into confident, capable professionals.
The SCDC’s goals are well defined: bridge the gap between academics and industry, foster skills like teamwork, and prepare students for their careers. It connects students with industry professionals for mentorship and organizes year-round workshops, grooming sessions, and one-on-one mentoring to refine their personal and professional skills. Whether it’s crafting an effective resume or excelling in an interview, the SCDC ensures students stand out.
Beyond internships, the SCDC excels at industry outreach. By building partnerships with leading organizations, it creates opportunities for internships and collaborative projects. The Cell’s streamlined SIP selection process ensures a smooth transition from classroom to workplace, giving ASB students a competitive advantage.
The SCDC is more than a resource—it’s a foundation for success. By fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth, it empowers students to not only enter the corporate world but to thrive in it. For ASB students, the SCDC is a Launchpad to a rewarding career, filled with possibilities.
