To extend learning beyond the classroom teaching a guest lecture was organized at Asian School of Business. Mr. Subhankar Ghosh, Chief People Officer, Zoom Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd is a People Management Professional & IIMA Alumnus with over 19 years of experience; has skillfully handled Talent Management, Compensation & Rewards, Organisation & Change Management and HR Business Partner roles. His association with various Industry Bodies make him a sought after HR leader and has also been awarded the “Most Influential HR Leader in India” by World HRD Congress. His lecture at Asian School of Business on 9 August 2017 on Talent Management enabled the students to acquire valuable information on needs of industry.
