The November 2024 Confluence at the Asian School of Business, held on 17th November, was a celebration of innovation, achievement, and community engagement for 2022, 2023 & 2024 Batches. The centerpiece of the event was Ideathon 7.0, a National Business Plan Competition organized by the EDIC and CII Clubs, which drew participants from seven colleges across Delhi NCR. After three intense screening rounds, the top 10 finalists presented their groundbreaking ideas to an esteemed panel of judges. The panel included Mr. Nitesh Singh, Co-Founder of Blue Tea and a Shark Tank India participant; Dr. Shweta Singh, Founder & CEO of Ennoble IP and a leader in intellectual property management; and Ms. Debasri Das Sharma, MD and Founder of ArtCAKEtect, known for blending art and business innovation.
The competition culminated with Srijan Shahi from IIT Hyderabad emerging as the winner, while ASB students Kartik Chauhan, Harsh Choubey, Anjul Tiwari, and Gauraang Gupta from the BBA 3rd semester were declared runners-up for their impressive and innovative business plan. This achievement underscored ASB’s emphasis on fostering entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking among its students.
Recognitions during the Confluence also extended to academic and extracurricular excellence. Mansimran Kaur (BCA 2022), Gaurvi (B.Com 2022), and Shubham Roy (BBA 2023) were honored as Students of the Month for their outstanding contributions and dedication, exemplifying the holistic growth ASB nurtures.
The event concluded with the launch of the monthly Zine, showcasing the creativity and accomplishments of the ASB community, followed by an Open House Session. This session allowed students to voice their ideas, queries, and suggestions directly to the leadership, fostering a culture of inclusivity and active participation. The November Confluence not only celebrated the achievements of ASB students but also reinforced the institution’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
