Mindfulness, stress management, and emotional regulation

Asian School of Business organized an interactive workshop on ‘Mindfulness, stress management, and emotional regulation’ for the BBA and B.COM students on 29th January, 2026.

It was conducted by Dr. Shikha Makkar, a senior academician currently teaching in the Department of Commerce at Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi. She made the workshop quite interesting and shared simple tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, and staying focused—skills that support both academic success and everyday well-being.

These kinds of initiatives support our students in managing academic pressures, emotional challenges and daily stress more effectively.

By equipping students with practical coping strategies, the workshop helped in promoting mental health, reducing burnout, and contributing to a healthier and more supportive campus environment.

The objective of the workshop was to help students become mentally strong and develop resilience.
