The Technocrats Club of the Asian School of Business successfully organized “Technofusion” 1.0,” a dynamic and engaging inter-college event that brought together tech enthusiasts from various institutions across Delhi and NCR.
The event took place on March 28, 2025, at the ASB campus. It commenced with a welcome speech by the Technocrats Club executives, who provided an overview of the competition structure. Students were given four problem statements and were required to develop prototype models, which they then presented to the judges in Round 1. After the initial presentation, the judges introduced “three surprise elements,” which the participants had to incorporate into their prototypes within an hour before presenting the updated models again. Based on their performance, selected teams advanced to the second round.
In Round 2, the chosen teams delivered a formal presentation to pitch their projects. Dr. Shailendra Kumar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at a college in Ghaziabad, served as the expert judge, evaluating the teams based on their performance, innovation, and technical proficiency.
The success of the event was made possible by our dedicated event planners. Faculty coordinators Prof. Deepali Vishnoi and Prof. Apoorva Verma, along with Student President Priyanshu Soabhagya, Student Vice-President Aditya Poddar, and Student Secretaries Ved Prakash and Kriteesh, ensured that the event was vibrant and full of energy.
The competition featured a total of 21 teams— Apart from teams from Asian School of Business Noida, there were external teams from different colleges. Participants engaged in tech-based challenges, including coding and innovative project presentations. Their enthusiasm and talent made “Technofusion 1.0” a grand success.
The winning team, “Research Rangers” from KIET Group of Institutions, comprised team members Sanidhya, Rishu, Priyanshu, and Sakshi. They were awarded a cash prize and a Certificate of Achievement.
