MARKTECHOS Club, Asian School of Business, marketing club activity, BBA students, undergraduate business school

The MARKTECHOS Club of Asian School of Business organized a marketing club activity called “AD-MAD SHOW” on Wednesday, 11th September 2019 at its Noida campus. The activity was earmarked for BBA-I, III, V students.

The objective of the club is to instill familiarity about brands and various techniques of effective usage of tools of Marketing through innovative and enjoyable events. And, the aim of carrying out activities in this club is to enhance student experience outside the classroom; to cultivate leadership, teamwork and an understanding of marketing knowledge amongst students; to create and provide a variety of opportunities to students to explore marketing as a career path; to create ‘industry fitness’ for marketing students through development of professional skills; to increase student engagement in marketing events; and to provide students an insight of real life marketing set up.

A total of 11 teams comprising of 3-4 members each actively participated in the event. Each team was given a product/service name and the participants had to prepare a brand name, a logo, tagline, and perform an act.

The participants were judged on the basis of different parameters carrying 10 marks each. These different parameters on which the participants were assessed included Creativity, Customer Appeal, Presentation, and Content.

The winning team constituted of Shubham, Kunal, Nirbhay and Hemlata. The runner up team included Paras, Tanay, Laiba and Dharshal.

Needless to say, the ASB BBA students enjoyed the activity and also benefitted a lot by way of their wholehearted participation!
