A total of 11 teams comprising of 3-4 members in each team participated in the event. Each team was provided a product/service name and the participants had to prepare a brand name, a logo, tagline and needed tp perform an act. The participants were judged on the basis of different parameters like Creativity, Customer Appeal, Presentation and Content.
Shubham, Kunal, Nirbhay and Hemlata went on to secure first position and Paras, Tanay, Laiba and Dharshal were runners up.
The objective of the club is to instill familiarity about brands and various techniques of effective usage of tools of Marketing through innovative and enjoyable events. These activites enhance student experience outside the classroom; cultivates leadership, teamwork and an understanding of marketing knowledge amongst students; creates and provide a variety of opportunities to students to explore marketing as a career path; creates ‘industry fitness’ for marketing students through development of professional skills; increases student engagement in marketing events and provides them an insight of real life marketing set up.
