Asian School of Business (ASB) ranked as one of the top ranked BBA/BCA colleges in Noida held its prestigious mega annual inter-college sports meet ATHLEEMA 2020 from 21st-23rd January 2020. The venue of the sports events was Netaji Subhash Sports Complex, Jasola, New Delhi. The event was much accentuated by the glorious presence of the Indian football legend, Mr. Baichung Bhutia as the Chief Guest for the occasion.
A total of 50 top colleges from North India participated in this mega inter-college sports meet. Various sports events were organized at this meet and Badminton was one of them.
The standard of badminton at ATHLEEMA 2020 was truly exceptional and all the participants competed fiercely presenting a great vitality of themselves.
After fighting it out over two days, Chanchal from Mata Sundari College pipped past Anchal Singh from ABS to win the Girls Singles category where as Saurabh from Jaipuria went on to beat Bhumeet Chauhan from Satyawati College to win the Boys Singles event.
At the same time, Archie & Kritika from ASB went on to beat Vidhi & Apoorva from ABS to win Girls Doubles category. On the other hand, Bhumeet & Sandeep from Satyawati College, University of Delhi defeated Saurabh & Karunesh from Jaipuria College to win the Boys Doubles category.
