Dr. Anchal Saini is an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance at the Asian School of Business, with a strong academic and research background in behavioral finance. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance with a specialization in Behavioral Finance from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, where she also served as a Senior Research Fellow. A UGC NET JRF awardee, she has over three years of experience teaching undergraduate courses, including Financial Management, Cost Accounting, and Financial Markets & Services.
Dr. Saini completed her M.Com and B.Com from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra securing a strong academic record. Her research primarily focuses on financial decision-making within romantic partnerships, and her work has received Best Paper Awards at national and international conferences, including IILM, Lucknow. She has published scholarly work with reputed publishers such as IGI Global and Springer.
