Dr. Shweta Batra is a Doctorate in Management and is currently working as Associate Professor and Dean-Examinations at Asian School of Business. She is a HR professional with rich experience of more than 13 years in corporate and education industry. Prior to joining ASB, she has worked with various B-schools and reputed companies. She also has a good industry exposure in international business. Dr. Batra has participated in many seminars and conferences which connects her well with area of her specialization. Advance looking combined with academic visualization to foster intellectual development of young scholars in India characterizes her. She works towards providing thorough academic awareness on various subjects in order to impart better quality of education. Her area of research includes quality of work life, change management, repatriation management, performance management and training & development.
