Prof. Niharika Jaiswal

Prof. Niharika Jaiswal is currently associated with the Asian School of Business as an assistant professor in entrepreneurship and general management. She holds a master’s degree in commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University with a specialization in international business and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Lucknow. To her acclaim, she has a postgraduate diploma in International Business Operations. She has qualified for UGC NET with JRF in Commerce three consecutively. She has six years of experience working as an online educator, designing and executing online courses for UGC NET preparation. She is also the founder of the EdTech application “CRAWN,” a dedicated platform for educational resources and exam preparation. She has developed and delivered engaging video lectures, tutorials, and study material tailored for UGC NET aspirants. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in the fields of entrepreneurship and VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity), focusing on entrepreneurial and innovative firms and their foresight. She has published research papers and case studies in Scopus-indexed journals and presented research papers at various international conferences held at prestigious institutions (IITs, IIMs, and EDII). She has attended various research workshops focusing on case writing. Her areas of interest include entrepreneurship, strategy, foresight, VUCA, qualitative research, and case studies.
