Ms. Shikha Nagar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Convenor – SCDC (BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science) at the Asian School of Business. She has qualified the UGC–NET in Economics and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Economics. With over 10 years of combined academic and industry experience, she brings a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to her teaching.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Gargi College, University of Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Department of Economics, Kurukshetra University. Her academic contributions include research publications in reputed national and international journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC, along with presentations at various national and international conferences and seminars, and she is a recipient of two prestigious Best Paper Awards in recognition of her impactful and high-quality research contributions. She has also been honored with the Best Teacher Award by the Delhi Government under BSES.
In addition to her academic pursuits, she actively contributes to initiatives in women innovation and entrepreneurship and plays a key role in managing and strengthening the Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation Centre, fostering a culture of innovation, startup development, and entrepreneurial thinking among students.
