Dr. Aakansha Singh is working as Assistant Professor at Asian School of Business. She is a UGC – Net qualified in the field of Management. She has completed her Masters from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and Ph.D in the field of HR & OB from Amity University, Noida. She has an experience of more than 4 years in teaching along with 4 years of research experience. She has participated and presented research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. She has published various research papers in the SCOPUS, WOS and UGC listed journals. She has also reviewed research papers for reputed journals. Her research area includes Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Organizational culture, Employee commitment and other related areas.
