Dr. Rashida Salmani is associated with Asian School of Business in the capacity of an Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has a PhD in Commerce. She is also a UGC-NET JRF awardee. Her research interests are Diversity and Inclusion with an inclination towards the cause of Disability. She has publications in journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC. She has presented her research work in various conferences of national and international repute including IIM Kozhikode, IIM Kashipur, IIM Nagpur and IIM Amritsar among others. She actively takes up advocacy and champions the cause of Acid Violence both within and outside of her research. She is also working as a reviewer for Palgrave- MacMillan, Indo-Asian Journal of Social Science and Management Research, Indo Asian Journal of Market Research and Indo Asian Journal of Information Research and Technology. She has a penchant for writing and has worked as a student editor for leading newspapers.
