Ms. Anchal Saini is an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance at the Asian School of Business, with a strong research foundation in behavioral finance. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, where she also served as a Senior Research Fellow. A UGC NET JRF awardee, she has over three years of experience teaching undergraduate courses, including Financial Management, Cost Accounting, and Financial Markets & Services. She completed her M.Com and B.Com from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University with a strong academic record.
Her research focuses on financial decision-making in romantic partnerships and has been recognized with best paper awards at national and international conferences, including IILM, Lucknow. She has published with IGI Global and Springer and is passionate about integrating theory with real-world application. Ms. Saini has also been an active contributor to academic events, curriculum design, and multidisciplinary teaching initiatives.
