She has been a trainer and facilitator with over 3 years of experience and has established her expertise in communication skills, soft skills and behavioral skills. She incorporates various life skills during trainings, by ensuring the active participation and involvement of the participants and makes it result-oriented for the benefit of teams and organizations. As a Training and Development specialist, her work in the industry includes trainings for groups as well as individual counseling sessions. She works across industries, running short term and long term training workshops and programs.
