Prof. Sushma Singh is an Assistant Professor at Asian School of Business and an active member of the Centre for Skill Development, where she delivers Personality Development and Corporate Communication Classes (PDCC). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Microbiology and brings over 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in academia and 7 years in industry, enabling her to effectively integrate academic learning with corporate expectations.
She is an accomplished corporate trainer in soft skills and employability development and has worked as a freelance trainer with reputed organizations such as Barclays and Global Talent Track, leading Campus to Corporate initiatives across the Delhi/NCR region. She is a Certified ICF Coach and Counselling Psychologist and currently serves as the State President (Uttar Pradesh) of WICCI – Mindfulness and Creativity Council. Her core expertise lies in training and mentoring students for corporate placements, with a strong focus on interview skills, professional communication, and career readiness.
