Dr. Shilpa Tandon is a doctorate in the area of Human Resource Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Her varied experience of more than fourteen years in areas of HR & employee training comprises with an amalgam of training & academic work experience. Prior to joining ABES, she has contributed to various organizations of repute like Army Institute of Management and technology, GL Bajaj, Greater Noida, ADGITM(Delhi) etc.
She has to her credit various international & national publications in areas of Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee engagement, etc. in various prestigious journals listed in Scopus, UGC databases. She has attended /contributed to various national & International Conferences & Publications at reputed institutes. Has chaired sessions at various conferences. She had been awarded with “Best Faculty Award” at Northern India Engineering College. She has also attended various conferences and workshops at institutes of repute.
